Grape varieties: Sangiovese 50%, Montepulciano 30%, Ciliegiolo 20%

Fermentation: spontaneous at free temperature in stainless steel tanks

Maturation: in third / fourth passage oak barrels with frequent batonnage

Aging: in bottle for at least six months at controlled temperature

Bottles per year: about 12,000

Other wines: Permeglio, Sangiovese Toscana IGT – BiancĂ , Vermentino Toscana IGT – Nascita, Rosato Toscana IGT
